  I see and respect what these directors were trying to convey but I don’t think it really came through for me. The movie was super funny and touching though. I just don’t think it was best picture worthy tbhhh.

  woww. the first 30 seconds of the movie hit me so hard with its relatability that I was like 😮. and then by the end i was in tears. movie was made for daughters of immigrant parents fr. I also think this movie was exactly what I needed in the moment — reassurance that feeling your feels is valid and special😭👍🏼 overall this movie made me feel warm and fuzzy inside and got me thinking…all signs of a good movie🫶🏼
