  Remarkable. The most lynchian anime ever? At least that's what it felt like for a significant part of the movie. It's almost eerie how similiar this feels to Lynch's newer work, Mulholland Dr. and even more so Inland Empire. And this movie is from 1997!

  Perfect Blue makes Black Swan seem suprisingly dull and unimaginative honestly. The last 30 minutes or so are guranteed to have you on the edge of your seat.
