Den of Thieves takes from The Fast and the Furious a major rebrand: gone is the gritty, dirty cop bank robber motif to leave room for suave international men of intrigue vibes. However, Gerard Butler still keeps that junkie-sweaty-sleazy persona he has been channeling for the last few years and makes everything work; the movie becomes a funny "that's how the rest of the world see Americans nowadays" kind of thing while Ice Cube Jr. keeps face-palming.

Presence 2024
I'm not a big fan of handheld first person movies, but Soderbergh is always interesting. He makes great use of the location and shoots with incredible precision this little ghost story with a different angle. Give it time and watch until the end, it will be satisfying.
