If I knew nothing about the game, this would still be a 2⭐ at the most. Horribly paced, horribly written, it has a few interesting directions it could go based on the first 10 minutes and elects to ignore all of them and meander around like the opening scene of some schlocky monster horror film, except for 50 minutes.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters 2019
Half of the film setting up pointless human characters no-one cares about that are all poorly written stereotypes and acted as if it was a rehearsal. Literally no-one is likeable. All followed by big monster fights that really don't understand what makes any Godzilla film good. Damn this sucks. Ken Watanabe tho.
