1. Firstly, I applaud the manner in which the cop car scene, involving Somerset, Mills and John, was shot. Mills was kept in the front passenger seat, allowing him to turn and speak to John, presumably emphasizing how different Mills believed they were, like you can't really face yourself to speak can you?

1. Gosh, the betrayal between friends because of some feeling of entitlement over a potential partner (especially when it’s a female/woman) is overdone abeg.2. The plot armor they gave Mufasa was too much. They practically handed Taka’s life over to him.
3. I also didn’t like the songs. Love Lin Manuel down, he is a genius. However, for something so rooted in ‘African’ culture, I do wish they could’ve hired African composers, maybe Angelique Kidjo.
