Eighth Grade 2018
Wow. I wasn’t expecting this movie to hit me like it did. I remember how much I hated high school and middle school. I remember each day feeling like the end of the world. I remember my suffering. Being the quiet kid was very difficult and isolating. This movie brought those feelings back, in a way where I felt like I was reliving them.
But as Kayla remarks at the end of the movie, time will keep moving and life will get better. My life is amazing now. High school sucks, but you gotta keep going. You have to.Translated from by
