To rate this feels wrong. A harrowing journey through progressively maddening realms of chaos; inhabiting a space between life and death. This is war at its most primal, with set pieces existing in a theatre of barbarism.
Proceed with caution, this is not for the faint of heart.

The action was not what I thought I would get the most out of going into this film but the set pieces are so grand and yet still remaining raw and not forgetting the humanity going into each fight. The set pieces were surprisingly gruesome, though this was not unwelcome, with the brutality of the first siege mirroring the tales told of Hitedora’s rise to power.
