Pretty incredible look at The Troubles from the ‘60s through ‘90s. There’s a ton of primary sources interviewed throughout, which really gives an intimate account of the conflict. Lots of gut wrenching personal stories from those closely involved. Sympathizers, participants, and victims of both sides are featured and I left the series feeling way more informed and with a more nuanced perspective of The Troubles.

When Harry Met Sally... 1989
My wife picked this out and I was completely prepared to shit on it from start to end. I always assumed it was your generic lady flick full of tropes and eye roll inducing situations. That’s not the case thankfully, it’s actually an enjoyable rom com grounded in reality. The characters feel very genuine and I appreciate that neither love interest is won over by some grand corny gesture. It’s no ground breaking or particularly stimulating film, but When Harry Met Sally is a thoroughly enjoyable watch perfect for when you just want to appreciate a simple, straightforward, but lovable film.

We Need to Talk About Kevin 2011
Really showcases Ezra Millers incredible acting talent with his ability to play a somehow less creepy character than his actual self.
