wow the plight of asylum seekers and refugees is something we’re so disconnected from in the west. living our lives and tuning out from issues of the world whenever we feel like, meanwhile people literally risk their lives to come here to create a better life for themselves and their families. it even raises issues re: how our brothers and sisters from other parts of Africa are treated in North Africa when trying to cross to Europe. shame on you…
