I will always prefer the first movie but this was still a fun watch.
There was a lot of the usual sequel shlock like the shrunken heads being brought back in droves as sort of minion like characters which was pretty bizarre. But at least they were practical. A lot of the effects seemed practical which was great although the little things that weren't done practically stuck out like a sore thumb and looked pretty bad.
