Beautiful film, with an amazing and unique plotline. A wonderful coming-of-age film that surrounds a male lead without using the generic struggles of a teenage boy but instead takes things much deeper in a beautiful way. The backstory is never fully revealed until the very end and even then it isn't made explicitly clear which I find is a very tasteful way of expressing it. I think the struggles of the lead are very well-documented and it's very realistic to those who have gone through the same.

Beautiful storytelling, there is a conflicting dynamic between the main lovers considering the age gap, however, in relevance to the time period it makes sense. A good watch that keeps you on your toes and may seem cringey to the wrong audience but I appreciate the deeper meaning.
