  strange film with human/avian bestiality overtones and a palpable 80s vibe. ebert gave it 4 stars apparently 😳 plenty of classic nic cage moments

  Tempting though it is to hate on everything that comes from A24, I can at least appreciate the superficial layer of Nice Production Design that one can usually expect from these movies. This movie had no such thing going for it. The Green Knight’s silicone mask was as schlocky and dumb-looking as the choice to show JIZZ on camera was sophomorically edgy.
