  This is the first film I have ever watched that I truly felt its length. At 1hr 58mins to me this felt like a 3hr film. Every time I thought it was over, another shot of the clouds emerged. I came into this film totally blind and that was probably a mistake. I would definitely need to rewatch in the future but upon first watch didn't love it. At all.

  Loved the editing, and visually was really interesting, but as for the substance, I can't say I took much away from this.

  Thought I would hate it until I realised it was directed by Richard Linklater who I have adored since the Before trilogy. Glenn Powell has always been very talented, charismatic and genuinely funny but he's only recently getting recognition for it. I mean come on Top Gun, Set it Up, Anyone But You (which in my op is pretty overrated but still) point being this man may be responsible for revitalising the beloved sub genre of the rom-com. I only…
