I can see why it’s so devisive…I lowkey blame it on the marketing around this thrilogy. This movie is such a strong departure in genre that it can feel misleading and a complete letdown.
I do think that once you accept the film for what it’s trying to be instead of what it’s expected to be, all the aspects of it work together quite well. The ending does feel rather anticlimactic and the relationship daughter-father introduced all the way back…
