  This film traumatised me so much I had to step outside for fresh air, then get a cuppa and still I had to watch Tangled to get the trauma out my brain…. but would so watch again

  This was a really difficult film for me to rate as although it did not initially grip me this film was incredibly well-produced. One highlight of this film was it’s creativity and imagination, these themes flow throughout the film in its story and especially through its approach of using sound and the negative space of sound. Overall this film was unique and even felt personal and comforting, attributes that are not often transferred in similar genre films.

  Wow. This film does exactly what it was meant to do, break you. The combination of the incredible portrayal of a broken man and the dull, unsaturated colour makes this film. It throws you into the perspective of a man struggling to survive with heaps of trauma and does brilliantly to show the story through his perspective. In total, the acting was amazing, the storytelling was perfectly timed, the casting was spot on and the visuals gave the film that little bit extra.
