  A compelling, frantic and anxiety inducing watch in the moment but looking back I feel like it's missing something to give it a higher rating. I do like the oneohtrix point never sound track.

  I still don't know what to think of this film. The architecture, costuming and cinematography is beautiful and all the performances are really captivating propelling an otherwise very bleak film forwards. The first half sped past, and I did enjoy an interval but I'm less sure about the second half. It felt a little out of place, but did lead to some very powerful scenes, and the epilogue did nicely tie everything together. Overall, I think I wanted to like this more, and maybe on a re watch I will, but I'm really glad that films this can get made.
