I myself love horror films which play on your anxieties and nothing does this better than hereditary. For me the style of the shits using slow pans adding to that tension while also being completely unknown just what is going on in the story while when everything does eventually become clear everything up to that point makes sense. On top of the music becoming almost an indication of when something unsettling is going on. The scares themselves feel strong too…
