  genuinely funny throughout. v much enjoyed it visually although it felt a little gimmicky at times. emma stone is brilliant. i too wish i could mechanically burp. loved those mutant animals. 

  
  
  

  (despite everyone hailing it as one i don't agree that this is a feminist film.  and i don't think it should be thought of as one. a man made it + men don't know the first thing about lived experience as a woman. i did appreciate lanthimos' attempt ((even if it was lukewarm at best)) at exploring the depravity + audacity of men tho when it comes to autonomy)
