  A few funny moments, but overall a snoozefest. I didn't really find any of the characters compelling, and so having a movie that feels like it's trying to be such a character study just fell flat for me. Didn't quite click for me until I read other reviews, but Anora not really getting much interiority really seems to be at the core of the issues I had. Like why does she want to do any of this?

  It was fine? Ayo was good in it, but the rest of the movie didn't really grab me. The time loop and metaphor of it all felt really predictable. I also got really confused by one of the flashbacks, too many white guys with beards to tell them apart, haha

  It's good! Honestly didn't really like a lot of John Woo's movies, but kinda feel like I get it after this one. Much melodrama and symbolism that I can't quite pin down, and the action is great. Also the movie is primarily composed of dudes brooding while smoking and idk if I've seen that done better. Especially with how much of the movie takes place in a church, and the gay melodrama of it all, way more similar to Conclave than I would have thought.
  The disability stuff is weird, though, and wish it had been done differently.
