Idk if it’s just me, but damn you know Robert Pattinson is a great actor because you can tell both Mickey 17 and Mickey 18 apart (just by looking at them - and they fricking look exactly the same), and that’s not easy. Fight scenes and animation are still top notch.
A lot of interesting tidbits about Chinese mythology, which lead to a lot of great visuals and spectacles.
My favorite part (for both films) is when Ne Zha takes on his true form and just kicks ass. What a sight to behold.

I never thought I'd say it, but this match being in movie/film format actually worked. And my god the sound of the ball in the cinema when they spike or receive it... sheesh. I would rather have the rest of Haikyu as films instead.
I was surprised to see a lot of really great sequences, animation wise and pace wise. They went hard. Especially Hinata's "breaking the cage super high jump" moment and Kenma's POV ending. Props to director…
Lighting is craaazy. Plays a lot with all of the shadows and candlelight, which paints the characters’ faces in many different ways.
The scoring is also great and effective (but maybe that’s cuz I scare easily). It’s not the type where it has a distinct theme that you can remember after watching, but whenever it creeps up during specific scenes, it does heighten the experience.
