When Lenin had A Christmas Carol read to him on his deathbed he said it had too much "bourgeois sentimentality"-- which is true, but if someone had shown this movie to me on my deathbed my eyes would have started glowing during all of the bustling street scenes as I said "this kind of walkable urbanism is illegal to build in most North American cities" in an unnaturally deep voice
