  I’ve officially spent too much time in the reviews reading arguments over this movie

  I think I’m more on the “art as a mirror” side of things with this one - a very well-made and entertaining examination of the deranged world we live in. It does resonate as a cathartic journey of reclamation and overcoming improbable circumstances (and creepy ass dudes). I wish its brief attempt at depicting the economic side of classism was fully realized. The production / costume / set design are all so sick, and the performances are great. Also, such a satisfying final 30-45 mins
