  really wonderful horror film. sets the tone immediately with the opening scene, and keeps the tension throughout. not exactly my cup of tea, but i can really appreciate the artistry here and i still find myself trying to decipher the metaphors hidden within, especially the ending scene. the acting in this movie was spectacular; the screams partitioned nicely and scarcely to maximize shock; visual horror, such as disfiguration and utilization of the uncanny valley; and a soundtrack that lies in…
