holy shit. very much giving donnie darko. also gave me the same unsettling feeling i used to get when i would watch dont hug me im scared… will be having nightmares about the visuals. but the fact that it depicts repressing who you really are in such an unrecognizable and off putting way almost makes it even scarier because its so real. it makes me so sad for the owens of the world especially because sometimes i fear about life leading me to be one of them. sorry too real for letterbox back to our regularly scheduled silly movie reviews
