Admittedly, it is very impressive that they found an entire cast of people who consistently cannot deliver lines with any emotion. The only things good about this movie were 1. the visuals were decent 2. it's based off of one of the best shows ever

The Fourth Kind 2009
The main appeal of the movie is that it's supposedly a true story about aliens. But it's not. It tries really hard to make you believe it, but if you don't (there's no evidence to suggest it's real), it really is rather mediocre. Extra points against it for trying so hard to lie to the viewer.
