one the best documentaries I’ve ever watched.
even though I’m not a mother and have not experienced the same situations as these mothers, the resonation I felt when talking about the evil that speaks to you and the stigma around mental health was very comforting. I felt so emotional whilst watching this in realising how important female friendships are and how useful and powerful it is to discuss about the things that keep gnawing at you everyday day and night.
