  I have a phobia of rats so why the hell did I watch a movie taking place in a literal underground full of rats. Like what the fuck am doing. 
  One might argue this review is useluss, seeing that I only listened to most of this, hiding behind my rat-protection pillow😭

  This terrified me 20 years ago and the dvd menu still gives me the creeps to this day.

  Mike Flanagan woke up one morning and wanted to make a season of American Horror Story. And so, he made this. 

  At first glance, this is just as good as most of his work: well-directed, well-acted, visually stunning. But unfortuneatly it is just that. 

  It lacks any form of depth and decent twists and turns. All the characters are assholes with no complexety (except for maybe two), and so it stays at “entertaining only”. 

  The emotion and the true horror…
