loved it. riveting, suspenseful, elements of horror, a satisfying twist. miles teller and jk simmons were fantastic and truly understood the shoes of the roles they had to fill. as one who partakes in jazz performance and appreciation, i can see how this movie did not stray far from a realistic jazz band at a prestigious music school. however, any jazz nerd would know that jazz is not about perfection at all which the movie completely missed. other than that, goated movie.
love a good murder mystery. kept me on my toes very well done. daniel craig was amazing and chris evans was great and looked awesome in that white sweater. though some say it’s predictable, it was not in the way anyone could expect. clever, engaging, funny, and excellent performances from all actors as you would expect from the stacked cast list. despite it being a classic format and genre, it brought something new to the table that hadn’t been seen in awhile. if only glass onion lived up to this beauty.
it was cute but very surface level. they needed to cut the grease lightening-esque part of the ken dance battle and nobody likes will ferrell. also his joke about jewish people wasn’t funny. margot robbie was perfect. visuals were stunning most jokes were funny. had a lot of potential, lots of plot holes, left me feeling unfulfilled.
