This movie was a lot better than I thought that it would be. I connected and understood all of the characters and could feel all of their emotions and desires so incredibly clearly.
This movie was an incredibly telling story. This movie tells the story of Trump before we see him in political news headlines as we do today. We see him form a lot the behaviors we often see him with today, and it also tells us more of his relationship with Ivana and Roy. Honestly, I though Sebastian was incredible in this role, he was truly able to master the mannerisms of Trump.
I thought this was a pretty unique horror film, it wasn't horribly unrealistic but I do feel like it fell apart In the third act. I do wish they stuck with concept instead of going on a common slasher tangent. And as much as I love Sophie Thatcher, I do believe it was a heavy miscast, or it could be the obviously dyed black hair. She did not look Mormon at all.
I actually thought this movie was much better than people say. I understand Ziggy's point of view, and I wish more people were empathetic towards his character. I always felt like he was just reacting to his mother's criticism and judgement, because there are many times throughout the movie where he reaches out to her, only to be rejected.
