Get Out 2017
This film reminded me how I should watch more psychological horror. The acting, the buildup, the cinematography, the effects/animation is honestly one of the best I've seen since I've been watching movies altogether. I feel as if this deserves more attention than it has already, I recommend this to anyone who had previously watched Black Mirror, since this is of a similar genre, I think. I honestly have no words, I was immersed in the storyline from beginning to end. In my opinion, this is a must watch!

Call Me by Your Name 2017
I've seen this movie several times and by every occasion it just gets better and even more bittersweet than before. It's one of those films that you can rewatch millions of times and still cry/get emotional over how complex and beautiful it is. The idillistic scenery and how unreachable and rare the romanticism seems to most of us is what attracts us to it. Knowing that one might never experience such a beautiful and mystical, truly "belongs in a movie"…

Possession 1981
Interesting overall plot spiked with a bit of fantasy world elements. Just enough to make it look natural, as far as you can go with bending reality. Much is left unexplained but what I am sure of is Ana's and Mark's eternal connection. A connection so deep and inexplicable it makes you question your love life. Very good cinematography and the mystery it brings to its audience only deepens your interest. Slightly horroristic in some situations but provoking emotions is the key to making good art. Amazing acting!
