  late log — was excited for this but unfortunately what a let down. ray nicholson and alba baptista’s performance led the film, and altho i love samara, her character was lacking. there were some funny scenes here and there, but i kinda felt it failed to deliver a climax to the story.

  anyways, a big fan of its musical scoring, editing, and camera work!

  agree with how disappointing this film was marketed and how i dislike colleen hoover’s works (except this one) 

  but surprisingly, i liked how the film turned out. ive got the messaged through the book but visualizing it through the film really makes u think how much bravery it takes to choose to not put up with that treatment no matter how you love the person. contrary to the general opinion, i liked how they gave justice to the book
