If this was a Studio Ghibli outing from like 20 years ago, I could see this premise/story working.
But as a CGI heavy live-action Netflix film with Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt, two of the most bland corporate choice actors in the business, yeah it's a no from me.

Very preachy but did anticipate the Patriot Act and other overreach by governments. But overall just an entertaining thriller with fun performances by all involved. Gene Hackman basically reprises his role from The Conversation, which this at times feels like an unofficial sequel to. It has a great pulse-pounding middle sequence that feels like The Fugitive or Minority Report or any ''Man on the Run'' movie. It has that Tony Scott feel with some frantic editing, but doesn't go overboard with it.
Pretty well made movie, but the main character is literally Hitler.
