As a concert film/extended music video, Becoming Led Zeppelin works. The performance footage looks great, the music sounds good. It's easy to see why this band became a massive deal so quickly.

As a documentary, however, I found Becoming Led Zeppelin to somehow be kind of dry. Bernard MacMahon frames every interview in the same room the same way. It would've been cool to have Plant, Page, and Jones in the same room at some point in the film. The…

This is a blast, the best entry into the series yet. It's amazing what happens when movies are made by people with a genuine love for the source material.

"Sonic 3" largely sidelines the human characters other than the Robotniks and it's for the best. Director Jeff Fowler knows what the audience wants to see. It's not high art and doesn't pretend to be. The CGI work on these is so good, too.

Jim Carrey was good here playing both Robotnik and his grandfather. He didn't feel as obnoxiously quippy as he did in the previous films.

I know John Travolta's star has fallen quite a bit over the past decade or so, but you'd still think a project with him and Cuaron attached would get a little more fanfare than a random drop on Disney+.

That being said, I thought this was very good if a bit predictable. A perfect short film for the holiday season. This probably would've been a great Twilight Zone episode back in the day.

Only 38 minutes. Go stream it.

I thought this was fine albeit a bit underwhelming for the hype. Definitely felt like a Dwayne Johnson rehab piece more than anything.
