  ok so my feelings are like complicated 
  i enjoyed it, but it lacked depth? it looked incredible but was really arthouse cliche. a lot of the story just felt random and out of pocket, and it felt like it was hiding a mid story behind sort of impressive cinematics. it lacked substance. the last half focusing on emily felt unnecessary, yes it was emotional but what did that add to the film? not much… it just felt out of place. …

  i want tinsel in my hair now 

  anyway really really good film on a niche topic, so interesting and cinematic- only downsides was it felt very long- some things were dragged out endlessly and some dialogue felt repetitive but wow mikey madison was FANTASTIC im obsessed

  crying sobbing rn 
  we can’t live a lifetime with eternal sunshine, a spotless mind is a worthless mind. just because a memory seems awful now, doesn’t mean it should be forgotten or erased. that doesn’t mean those fleeting moments in time are unecessary. we can’t have ‘spotless minds’, without destroying the essence of us. memories are what make people, and i just adored how this film entertains that concept
