Oldboy 2003
The type of movie you put on and all your friends are arguing at the end. First half of the movie is really gripping and interesting. Then the holes become more apparent, and there’s so much coincidence or plot device to conveniently fill in the gaps. The movie was shot very well and well acted, only for the plot to be incredibly frustrating and wallowing in negativity. That one fight scene was amazing, I see why it’s been referenced so often.
