Great storytelling. Various mood and tone likes drama, gangster and musical that brings me to wonderful town lol. Eventually can bring the pure-big-message and topic on the drama way to the audiences via powerful dialogues.
Maybe some part can dig more deep.
Clever screenplay, Sharp directing. Could be tell the detective-crime with comedy mood as cool! also with a lot of Superstar Talents make movies looks more funny.
Some gimmick that set in the beginning was catch for use at the right time!
So surprise at the middle of the movie. I can see how different about local hospital and capital hospital with high technology by a great and entertaining of storytelling. Or maybe It also means traveling through time.
