Can't believe I got to live to see this in IMAX on the 10th year anniversary and I feel so lucky to be alive right now. I can't rewatch many movies as an adult but this one I can come back to anytime. It's absolutely marvellous, tugging my chair and feeling the energy of the movie in my body while the music roars was a remarkable experience that I'm glad I didn't miss out on. The docking scene? First movie as a 23 year old. Watched this spontaneously with the only other person I know who would appreciate this as much as I did. 

Just full of yearning and a beautiful trip. Fuck, the superimposed shots destroyed me. I want to speak without talking. I want to devour and be devoured, to become one. Nothing like this movie. I love the music, clothing, power dynamics, the script, the lighting and colours, with beautiful odes to Hitchcock and Lynch.…
