  Not particularly good, but I wouldn’t call it bad either. It’s a reasonably fun time at dah movies, and sometimes that’s all you need. Interesting to watch something with a prestige veneer be very clearly influenced by Final Destination. 

  I like the tone of Longlegs much more tho.

  I think Michael Bay might actually be evil. There’s no other director with this combo of immense & legitimate technical skill and an utterly complete lack of interest or concern for human emotion. This, like most of his movies, is so emotionally vacant that it’s enough to make you wonder how much Bay actually buys into the American Dream propaganda he pedals. Is this satire? Is he snidely rubbing…

  On second watch I think this is a perfect movie. I see so much of myself it in. Too much, probably. One of the saddest movies I think I’ve ever seen. It shook me up way more this time. Beautiful and heartbreaking. Lots of thoughts in my head. This is something really special. 

  Connor O’Malley’s presence worked much better for me this time.
