“Humans…Gods only mistake”
The concept for this film I was totally on board with as a satire of the greatest work of fiction the bible. Problem is the humour didn’t hit home and I just got bored with it. I’d imagine most of the criticism it got was from Christians who felt it was disrespectful cos they are funny like that but for me as a work of entertainment it just didn’t hit home

This film happened to be my BFI London Film Festival debut and it was a fantastic piece of film making following a woman released from captivity by Russian militants back to her homeland Ukraine. The film was hard hitting and uncompromising showing her struggles of getting back to regular life with her family and the struggles from her time captured rearing it’s head. Due to the current situation this film is probably the most relevant I’ve seen but shot, written and acting really well

Was so looking forward to this being an Adam Driver sci fi film set on earth around the extinction event of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago. I wanted to call this a wet fart but they’re mildly amusing whereas this was just flatout boring. Could have been a little like the Planet of the Apes and Last of Us in style but you had so many branches of the story that they left there and never came back to.…
