Smart and fun mystery. Second time seeing it. Great ensemble cast and my introduction to Anna De Armas. Highlights are the setting, writing, and cast. Micheal Shannon a personal fave. Great use of “Sweet Virgina” by Rolling Stones. Definitely Recommend.

Labyrinth 1986
“Who me? Nah, I’m just a worm.” David Bowie has a nice fat piece of meaty chud and shows it off in this film. Also shows off his songwriting chops with a pretty great soundtrack that is just as fantastic as the jim Henson puppet world where he sings them. Love this movie, it’s like comfort food. Check it out.

For a 2 hour movie to basically have three scenes and three characters, dialogue heavy, and keep it tense almost the entire time…pretty good. Probably some of Hugh Grants best work. ( No, I haven’t seen Bridget Jones Diary or whatever the fuck he’s known for.) solid flick. Makes you think about overall message of film after the fact but didn’t love some of the choices near end.
