Joker: Folie à Deux 2024
Unlike many others I really enjoyed most of this film, I love seeing Joaquin Phoenix do his thing and be a little weirdo in court. But when I realised the film was about to end, this terrible sinking feeling set in as I thought; this can’t be it? There were so many plot points set up to be unresolved, and as the credits roll I’m left with this empty feeling. Still trying to process what just happened and if they genuinely did what I think they were trying to do in the last scene, I must question what Warner Brothers have been smoking.
