  I'm inclined to say that this was a good film. I took the time after to reflect a bit and read the reviews, which made me appreciate it more, but not before my dad (who was asleep as soon as I put it on) left halfway through, with only my mom begrudgingly staying with me till the end, remarking about how I seem to like this kind of film and that she didn't understand a thing.
