I Saw the TV Glow 2024
Interesting film. Really liked the music and nostalgic feel of the film and some of the visual effects were good but overall the story seemed lost in parts and some of the acting wasn't great.

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Going into this film I was not expecting too much and was never really a wrestling fan so didn't really know much about the Von Erich family but found it better than I expected and that was down to Zac Efrons powerful performace as Kevin as he struggles with the loss of his brothers whilst battling his overbearing father.
Overall an impressive yet emotional film which shows how the pressure of fame can affect your mental health.

What a film. Anya Taylor Joy lights up the screen with each scene, she can do no wrong.
Thomasin Mckenzie is also brilliant as a 60s obsessed fashion student who starts seeing herself wrapped up in her landlady's dark past.
