With perfect casting, delicate film scores, unhinged camera-work, and a script that tugs at the strings of your soul, lays a film which perfectly encapsulates the life of the man it’s about. Beautifully sensitive, pure, and colourful, yet misunderstood, in a world too impatient and cruel to appreciate true genius and originality; heartbreakingly disguised and diagnosed as madness.

An accurately melancholic depiction of a young child’s experience of comprehending separated parents, and the underlying, unspoken, strange awkwardness of always wanting both, but having to settle with only ever having one at a time.
