Really appreciated the fact, that Fassbender‘s character was listening only to The Smiths.
The build up was a bit too slow, but it got interesting in the second half. Loved the atmosphere and all actors played their roles so well. But Fassbender and Swinton really stood out.

I've never read so many "thirst reviews" for a movie. Yes, we get it, girls. Paul Pascal and Pedro Mescal are sooo hot... but can we please concentrate on the essential now?
In all seriousness, I have my troubles writing a review for this movie. I'm still looking for some things I liked, but until now I have only two or three:

Never was a Muppet fan, but of all the Christmas Carol movie adaptions I saw in my life, this right here might be the best one… and this only because of the great Sir Michael Caine. If he could take these puppets seriously, why shouldn’t I too?
