From the opening scene and the way the camera captured the different vantage points of the characters, you knew the cinematography was gonna be amazing. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the humor which helped keep the pace in the first half of the movie. However it did slow down a ton towards the "climax" and took a lot of momentum out of the film. Maybe because the whole rescue mission was straight forward. Regardless the world building and acting were great which made for an enjoyable movie.

Like Mad Max Fury Road, Furiosa is a movie you have to see twice to fully grasp the scale and meaning of the movie. So I've gone out and seen it twice. I loved the world building in this movie with such unique characters, landscapes, and societies.
