Probably one of the best pacing in a movie. There was never a time where I wasn’t enthralled or when I knew I wouldn’t be. Even when there was a scene where the whole point was to make the audience yawn (literally both characters yawning and and highlight how contagious a yawn is) I was at the edge of my seat, waiting for the next thrill to go down. Hard to do that.

The Nice Guys 2016
Stellar casting. If it weren’t for the practical humor of Ryan Gosling, I don’t think anything could’ve captured the charm of this movie. Russell Crowe is a great balance for the insanity of Gosling and a welcome sense of responsibility for the drunkard. Don’t even get me started on Angourie Rice. Phenomenal actress for her age then.
