What is a family if not blood related? What is crime if it’s your only means of survival? What is poverty if neglected by the government? This film is so beautiful as it dissects these questions, and shatters them. It shatters the social norm revolving around these. Family is built on connection, not solely blood; however, in our society our government neglects such point of views. Truly a heartbreaking film, whilst also so melancholic. Connection is so beautiful, and so is this film.
