  First thing this movie is visually stunning. Even though the film is well read I can’t synthesize it’s views’ and inspirations’ into it a clear thesis. But the biggest sin of the movie apart of it’s sexism is like Apocalypse Now where a movie about Vietnam treats the Vietnamese nothing more then set dressing. The people/the proletariat is nothing more then props in movie about finding a better mode of life for humanity.
