“Hey Brennan, thanks for coming up”
    “You got it dragon”

Remains a comedy classic imo. 17 years old and still has me laughing and smiling from start to finish. Great cast, everyone plays it perfectly.

The Catalina Wine Mixer is one of the best finales to a comedy ever.

Oh boy. From De Palma’s elegant and precise direction to the smart screenplay and another special performance from Pacino, this is an elite level thriller.

It’s slow and talky, but features some brilliant scenes throughout and strong performances across the board. Loved the soundtrack too.

Giving it the 4.5 for the all timer chase sequence at the end. A masterclass in tension and craftsmanship.

A slow but suave thriller. Nicely shot but found the writing and acting to be inconsistent. Struggled with the pacing.

Fassbender cooked tho, both figuratively and literally. He’s some actor.

From the glorious one shot opening scene, I knew this was going to be a film of real class. Clever, witty and darkly humorous with loads of fun cameos.

Brilliantly directed by Altman (ashamed to say this is my first foray into his work, but certainly won’t be my last) and anchored by a stellar Tim Robbins in the lead.

Drags a bit in the middle but perfect ending.
